Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ POLICIES THOROUGHLY BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR SERVICES
✨24HR CANCELLATION & NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY
•There will be a 100% cancellation fee for no call/no shows or cancellations within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment
✨BOOKING POLICY
•A credit card is required on file
•A deposit is required for all new clients
•Deposit is required for appointments booked by clients that have one previous no call/ no show
•After two same day cancellations, a deposit will be required for booking appointments in the future
✨PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Cash, credit or debit card, Zelle and Apple Pay
✨LATE POLICY
Please be respectful of the beauty lounge’s time. There is a 10 minute grace period, if you are going to be up to 10 minutes late for your scheduled service(s) please notify GlamHER Beauty Lounge. After 15 minutes, depending on the service(s) booked, appointment might need to be rescheduled; There will be a same day cancellation fee charged if appointment must be rescheduled
